How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ukto Pro → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ukto Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Ukto account does not cancel a subscription.

I paid but Pro is not active

Open the Pro screen in Ukto → Restore purchase, using the same App Store or Google Play account you paid with. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase.

Refunds

Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or Google's refund page.

How do I delete my account and data?

Profile → Settings → Delete account and data. It runs immediately. Details on the data deletion page.

An AI answer or lesson was wrong or offensive

Tap the flag next to any Ask answer or mentor reply, or use ⋮ → Report a problem inside a lesson. Reports reach us without anything that identifies you, and a fixed lesson is fixed for everyone.

Who can use Ukto?

Ukto is for ages 13 and up. The app asks for your birth month and year once and keeps only the age group. 13-17-year-olds get the whole app, with ads that are never personalised and progress that stays on their phone.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

iPhone: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → Ukto Pro → Aboneliği İptal Et. Android: Google Play → profil simgesi → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Ukto Pro → İptal et. Ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar Pro devam eder. Uygulamayı ya da Ukto hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Ödeme yaptım ama Pro açılmadı

Ukto'da Pro ekranı → Satın almayı geri yükle. Ödemeyi yaptığın App Store veya Google Play hesabıyla dene. Yine açılmazsa satın alma tarihini yazarak bize e-posta gönder.

İade

Ödemeyi Apple veya Google aldığı için iadeler onların kurallarına tabidir: iPhone'da reportaproblem.apple.com, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Bütçe ve geçmiş.

Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?

Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı ve verileri sil. Hemen gerçekleşir. Ayrıntılar veri silme sayfasında.

Bir AI cevabı ya da ders yanlış veya rahatsız ediciydi

Sor cevaplarının ve mentor cevaplarının yanındaki bayrağa dokun ya da ders içinde ⋮ → Sorun bildir'i kullan. Bildirimler seni tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi olmadan bize ulaşır; düzeltilen bir ders herkes için düzelir.

Ukto'yu kimler kullanabilir?

Ukto 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Uygulama doğum ayını ve yılını bir kez sorar ve yalnızca yaş grubunu saklar. 13-17 yaş arası kullanıcılar uygulamanın tamamını kullanır; reklamlar asla kişiselleştirilmez ve ilerleme telefonda kalır.
