UktoDelete your Ukto account and data
Ukto (developer: Bora Mir Özuysalca) gives every user a direct, in-app way to permanently delete their account and synced data. No web form, support ticket, or waiting period is required.
How to delete your data
Open Ukto → go to the Profile tab → Settings → Delete account. Confirm once, and the deletion runs immediately — no email or approval step needed.
What gets deleted
Your synced profile (name, if you set one), lesson progress, completed lessons, streak, XP and level, and any AI-generated lessons tied to your account — all removed from our servers (Supabase) at the moment you confirm. Everything stored on the device is cleared too.
Deleting does not cancel a subscription
Ukto Pro is billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your store account (or with Manage subscription in the app) — deleting your Ukto account alone does not stop billing.
What can't be deleted, and why
Ukto never collects an email, phone number, or real name, so there is no identity record to remove beyond what's listed above. A random, anonymous authentication ID remains on our servers pointing at no data — it cannot be linked back to you or to anything you did in the app. If you ever bought Ukto Pro, the store and RevenueCat (our subscription service) keep the purchase record against an anonymous ID, because stores require transaction history for refunds and tax.
No account at all?
If you've never enabled cloud sync, your progress only ever existed on your own device. Uninstalling Ukto deletes it completely — nothing was sent to our servers to begin with.
Retention
Deletion is immediate, not scheduled — nothing is retained after you confirm it in the app, apart from the purchase record described above.
